Depart M56 at Junction 6 on the A538 towards Wilmslow, go
through the airport tunnels and turn first right at the top
of the hill. At the T junction turn right and continue for
approx 2 miles passing Mobberley Golf Club, Rose Cottage
is on the left hand side.

Depart M6 at Junction 19 on the A556 towards Northwich,
take the first left onto the A5033 towards Knutsford, at
the roundabout turn right onto the A50. At the first set
of lights turn left onto the A537 to Macclesfield then left
again onto the B5085 for approx 3.5 miles. Continue on through
the village until you see The Bird in Hand pub where you
turn left onto Newton Hall Lane, Rose Cottage is on the right
hand side.
